Regulations of the SWFiS sports hall
- The sports hall is used for teaching classes and other recreational, sports and cultural events.
- The hall is not publicly accessible. Classes in the hall are held according to a predetermined schedule.
- All classes at the SWFiS are held under the supervision of Studio staff.
- The sports hall can be used:
- Students and employees of the Wroclaw University of Economics
- Sports clubs, sections and associations,
- workplaces, institutions, organizations,
- Persons participating in competitions organized by SWFiS or AZS UE.
- Users of the sports hall are required to use sports attire and clean, altered sports shoes.
- Persons using the facility and conducting activities are obliged to:
- Punctual start and end of classes,
- Maintenance of the facility’s cleanliness,
- securing valuable property on its own,
- compliance with health and safety, fire safety regulations. and housekeeping.
- On the territory of the sports hall, it is obligatory to maintain order, cleanliness and absolute obedience to the instructions of the staff of sports facilities and the instructor.
- Immediately notify the facility staff of all damage to equipment, equipment facilities and hazards that occur.
- Instructors of classes and organizers of competitions, sports and other events are responsible for safety and observance of the rules of the sports hall.
- It is forbidden to bring into the sports hall:
- All kinds of dangerous objects, explosives pyrotechnic products, materials threatening fire,
- narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances,
- cans, bottles, etc. made of brittle or hard material,
- alcoholic beverages.
- In addition, it is prohibited:
- Admission of persons in a state indicating the consumption of alcohol or intoxicants of any kind,
- Enter the hall without permission,
- Introduce animals into the hall,
- consumption of alcohol and smoking.
- Persons violating public order or the provisions of these regulations will be removed from the sports hall area regardless of possible referral to administrative proceedings.
- Persons damaging the equipment or facilities of the sports hall shall be held financially responsible for the damage caused.
- Persons using the sports hall are obliged to familiarize themselves with the above REGULATIONS and comply with them.
- Complaints and requests are accepted by the Head of SWFiS.
CAUTION: Failure to follow the rules and regulations and the instructions of the operator may be dangerous to health or life.

Gym regulations
Regulations for the use of the SWFiS gym
- The EU gym is used for teaching classes and other recreational, sports and cultural events.
- The gym is not universally accessible. Gym classes are held according to a predetermined schedule.
- All classes at the SWFiS are held under the supervision of Studio staff.
- The gym can only be used in organized groups.
- The use of equipment should be carried out as directed by the instructor in a safe manner,
i.e. With attention to the safety of people, respect for equipment and the room. - All gym equipment and exercise equipment may only be used for their intended purpose.
- It is forbidden to perform exercises on damaged or inoperative instruments. Any damage to equipment and instruments should be reported to the person in charge.
- Particular attention should be paid to the technical condition of steel cables and mechanisms for lifting weights. Also, carefully put the discs on the weightlifting barbell. Exercise at a weightlifting barbell requires special supervision. Before starting the class, the trainer should check the technical condition of the equipment.
- Persons using the gym are required to leave order and tidiness after completing their exercises.
- The trainer, instructor or teacher is responsible for the condition of the facilities and equipment and their suitability for exercise, as well as for the safety of exercisers during classes.
- Any irregularities noticed should be reported immediately.
- Sportswear and clean altered athletic shoes are mandatory in the gym.

Swimming pool regulations
Regulations in force at the SWFiS swimming pool area
- On the premises of the swimming pool have the right to stay:
- Individuals entering training groups /under the supervision of instructors/,
- Individuals with current admission cards,
- Children under 7 years of age are allowed in the swimming area only under the supervision of adults.
- Rights and responsibilities of those staying at the swimming pool:
- Users of the swimming pool have the right to enter the facility 10 minutes before the designated class time and the obligation to leave the locker room within 15 minutes of the end time of the class,
- Entering the shower and swimming pool only with replacement shoes,
- Wash thoroughly with soap before entering the water,
- Do not bring glass containers to the shower,
- Swimming costume /men are required to wear typical swimming briefs without pockets adjacent to the body, women one-piece or two-piece swimming suits/, cap, towel
- Persons whose condition indicates that they have consumed alcohol are prohibited from entering the swimming pool area,
- NOTE: The Study of Physical Education and Sports is not responsible for valuables left in the locker room.
- While in the swimming pool, it is not allowed:
- Enter the water when a lifeguard is not present
- Run and make noise and pollute the facility,
- Jump into the water,
- Stretch and sit on the ropes marking the tracks,
- Bring in and consume alcoholic beverages.
- Stay in clothes not intended for swimming /does not apply to employees operating the swimming pool/
- Conduct swimming lessons without the permission of the Head of SWFiS.
- Enjoy water massages during organized swimming lessons
- Coaches and teachers conducting classes are responsible for order and safety at the facility.
- It is obligatory for everyone to pay special attention to the observance of health and safety regulations and the proper use of facilities and equipment at your disposal.
- The swimming pool can accommodate a maximum of 40 people at a time.
- There is a complete ban on business activities and swimming lessons without the permission of the SWFiS Manager.
- All users of the swimming pool are bound by absolute compliance with the provisions of these regulations.
- In the event of non-compliance with the rules, the instructor has the right to remove the person from the facility and the Studio management prohibits the use of the swimming pool.
